Stephen Boyle has been active in the real estate field since beginning his career in 1980 with the Florida Department of Transportation. The majority of his experience has been as a commercial real estate appraiser. He specializes in large residential real estate developments (PUD) of all types and is qualified as an expert witness. Mr. Boyle spent two years with Midlantic Bank in Edison, New Jersey working as a review appraiser. His function was to coordinate and control the re-valuation of Midlantic’s 75 real estate loans over $5,000,000 throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Boyle specializes in appraisal review services and currently has several governmental and bank clients.  Mr. Boyle opened Boyle Appraisal Service in 1993. The company was changed to Boyle & Drake, Inc. when Mr. Drake joined the firm in 1995.

Paul Drake (Retired 2024) was active in the South Florida real estate business since 1971 and had been appraising since 1975. Mr. Drake specialized in the appraisal of most types of income properties. His area of expertise includes medical, office, industrial, marinas, retail, shopping centers, C-Store/Service Station, mini-self storage, rental apartment, luxury residences, restaurants and motel/hotel properties. Some of the more complicated properties appraised included the going concern value of an aquaculture business (clam farm), fuel recover/tank farm and resort rent pool.  Other areas of expertise include market studies, feasibility analysis and consulting services. Mr. Drake has qualified as an expert witness in Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County and Broward County.
