Boyle & Drake is a full service Florida real estate appraisal and consulting firm which specializes in properties located in Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie and Brevard Counties. The firm has appraised properties throughout the State of Florida, along with several states in the Northeast area of the United States. The partners in the firm are Stephen J. Boyle, MAI and Paul P. Drake, MAI, SRA. The firm provides real estate appraisals, appraisal reviews, market studies, business valuations and consulting.

Mr. Boyle has been active in the real estate field since beginning his career in 1980 with the Florida Department of Transportation. The majority of his experience has been as a commercial real estate appraiser. He specializes in large residential real estate developments (PUD) of all types and is qualified as an expert witness. Mr. Boyle spent two years with Midlantic Bank in Edison, New Jersey working as a review appraiser. His function was to coordinate and control the re-valuation of Midlantic’s 75 real estate loans over $5,000,000 throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Boyle specializes in appraisal review services and currently has several governmental and bank clients. Your attention is directed to his qualifications. Mr. Boyle opened Boyle Appraisal Service in 1993. The company was changed to Boyle & Drake, Inc. when Mr. Drake joined the firm in 1995.

Mr. Drake has been active in the South Florida real estate business since 1971 and has been appraising since 1975. Mr. Drake specializes in the appraisal of most types of income properties. His area of expertise includes medical, office, industrial, marinas, retail, shopping centers, C-Store/Service Station, mini-self storage, rental apartment, luxury residences, restaurants and motel/hotel properties. Some of the more complicated properties appraised included the going concern value of an aquaculture business (clam farm), fuel recover/tank farm and resort rent pool.  Other areas of expertise include market studies, feasibility analysis and consulting services. Mr. Drake has qualified as an expert witness in Palm Beach County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County and Broward County. Your attention is directed to his qualifications.

The firm has a full-time administrative and appraisal staff. All of the appraisers are State Certified in either commercial or residential properties.

Boyle & Drake, Inc. currently belong to Indian River County, St. Lucie County and Martin County Board of Realtors ®. The firm maintains an extensive sale and rental database. Software includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, ACI Development and Argus.
